Abstract
For a general type of one-dimensional disordered lattice systems we summarize and discuss the present status of the theoretical investigations concerning the low-frequency (long-time) asymptotic behavior of different quantities. This is done to clarify certain points raised by the computer-simulation results of Richards and Renken. Keywords
