Abstract
Cu2Sb single crystals in (011) orientation grow from the hole edge of Cu specimen grids for electron microscopy into (111) Sb films about 40 nm thick when heated at about 300°C for about one hour. The arrangement of Sb in the (011) plane of Cu2Sb is similar to that of Sb in the (111) plane of pure Sb films. The Cu2Sb crystal growth is in close relation to the atomic arrangement in Sb films. Keywords
