Abstract
Extract Preliminary transmission trials reported by Hartley and Marshall (1957) Hartley, W. J. and Marshall, S. C. 1957. N.Z.vet.J., 5: 119–119. [Taylor & Francis Online] [Google Scholar] showed that intraperitoneal injection of pregnant ewes with macerated Toxoplasma-infected foetal membrane, and intravenous injection of proliferative forms of a recently isolated sheep strain of Toxoplasma, resulted in the development of clinical toxoplasmosis of the foetus and foetal membranes. Keywords
