Abstract
The glycolytic activity of the blood was studied in 9 cases of P.E. before treatment and at the height of the reticulocyte response, following Ventriculin therapy. Glycolysis proceeded at uniform rate and was proportional to the number and type of red blood cells present. With an increased number of immature red blood cells, glycolysis was more rapid. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
