Abstract
The originality scores of 352 boys and 313 girls of West Virginia, aged 9 to 19, on Sounds and Images shows a statistically nonsignificant slump for girls of 11 yr., a leveling of differences between boys and girls with increasing age, and peak scores at 14 to 19 yr., with the greatest variance occurring between 10 and 12 yr. for boys and 11 and 13 yr. for girls. Keywords
