Sputum cytology in two cases of Wegener's granulomatosis.

Abstract
Two patients with Wegener's granulomatosis are described in whom the sputum was found to contain abnormal cells, The diagnosis was suggested in the second case on cytological grounds alone. It is considered, therefore, that sputum cytology is a relevant investigation in the diagnosis of this condition.Keywords
