Abstract
Anserin is present in all the kinds of birds (goose, chicken, turkey, doves, crow) investigated. The presence of carnosin in them is doubtful. Abundance of anserin and small quantities of carnosin were found in the crocodile. Analytical quantities of carnosin were previously isolated from snakes. In the boa constrictor only small quantities of carnosin and no anserin could be found. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
