Abstract
Patients [15] with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) are presented with discussion of the value of pneumoencephalography (PEG) and electronystagmography (ENG) in confirming the diagnosis. PEG was performed in 6 patients. Atrophy was found in the area of the pons and colliculi. In 6 patients, 4 with PEG, ENG was performed. The defects in extraocular movement were confirmed. Methysergide, a suggested therapy for PSP, was in 6 patients with no evidence of significant improvement. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
