Abstract
Summary The possibilities of PCR-technique for rapid influenza virus A diagnostic using universal and M- or NS- gene specific primers were demonstrated. The results of PCR-analyses of specimens from people correlated with virological, serological and immunochemical data and the results of spot-hybridization test. Keywords
