Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis bullosa and Multiple Squamous Cell Carcinomas

Abstract
A patient with recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa who developed multiple squamous cell carcinoma involving both hands at the age of 24 is presented. We think this is an interesting case because of its clinical expressiveness and the difficulties in its treatment. The precociousness of development of the tumoral lesions in our patient and the rarity of the complication, were also remarkable and prompted us to report this case.
