Abstract
By immunization of rabbits with red cells of Celebes black apes, an antiserum has been obtained that defines individual blood differences in this species. The "new" blood factor detected by the antiserum has been designated Aba, and the corresponding antibody as anti-Aba. Among 11 black apes tested 4 were found to have the blood factor Aba.Keywords
