Abstract
Bilharziasis of the lungs may give rise to symptoms and signs that make a clinical diagnosis possible. This condition has appeared as a complication of bilharzial cirrhosis with splenomegaly due to S. mansoni . In one case here reported there was an extensive infestation of the pulmonary vessels by worms.
