Abstract
Necrotizing eosinophilic granulomatosis is a disease related to the allergic vasculitides and granulomatoses. In one patient, symptoms originally thought to be necrotizing eosinophilic granulomatosis on the basis of lymph node biopsy eventuated in an obvious lymphoma with leukemic dissemination. One similar case has been reported. These raise a question regarding the prognosis and course inferred by this diagnosis. Keywords
