Abstract
Endomyocardial fibrosis in humans probably represents a later evolutionary phase and a milder burned out form of the heart disease compounded with eosinophilia described by Loffler. It is probable that the eosinophil is usually, though not invariably, involved. The underlying pathological processes are still unknown. This publication has 61 references indexed in Scilit:
