Abstract
In vivo 17O NMR has been used to monitor the H2 17O concentration in rat brain during inhalation of 17O2. The results are discussed in terms of oxygen consumption in the brain and recirculation into the brain of H2 17O produced in other organs. © 1992 Academic Press, Inc.Keywords
