Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 37-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of a mass in the right suprarenal region.He was well until one year earlier, when he began to have morning headaches. Ten months before entry he saw a physician, who found that the blood pressure was 180/100 mm Hg in the arm and 180 mm Hg systolic in the leg. The results of other studies, including an electrocardiogram, an x-ray film of the chest, an intravenous pyelographic examination and determination of the urinary vanillyl-mandelic acid (VMA) and catecholamines, were reported to be normal.
