Abstract
The choroid plexus of the rabbit was incubated in vitro in a medium containing S35CN-. The SCN was accumulated unchanged in the tissue against a gradient of concentration, concentration ratios of approximately 3 being observed at low concentration of SCN. The accumulation was impaired by both competetive and metabolic inhibitors and was proportional to the concentration of SCN only at low concentrations. Keywords
