Abstract
The types and figured originals of fossils collected by the Novara Expedition, preserved in the Natural History Museum, Vienna, are tabulated, and missing specimens listed. Types described by Jaeger, Karrer, Reuss, Stache, and Zittel are in the Museum, but those described by Schwager, Stoliczka, and Unger are missing. Notes on the localities of New Zealand fossils collected by the Novara Expedition are given in an appendix.Keywords
