Abstract
Angular distribution measurements have been made on the near-ground-state gamma-ray transitions from the state in 125Sn excited by the capture by 124Sn of 62-eV neutrons. The distribution is essentially isotropic. In conjunction with other evidence, it is concluded that the capturing state is a p 1/2 state. Keywords
