Abstract
Fluorescence spectra originating from various single vibronic levels in the first excited singlet state of naphthalene‐h8 and ‐d8 were studied under collision‐free conditions. The interpretation of the vibrational structure and intensity of the spectra is given in terms of vibronic coupling theory. Keywords
