Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 13-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of hypertension.Five years previously enuresis developed, and she began to complain of frontal headaches. A physician found that her blood pressure was 180/110. Four years before admission an intravenous pyelographic examination (Fig. 1) revealed that the right kidney was smaller than the left. The patient was referred to this hospital. On examination the pulse was 130, and the blood pressure 160/110. A Grade 2 systolic ejection murmur was heard along the left sternal border. The abdomen was normal. The peripheral pulses were graded + +, were symmetrical . . .
