Di Guglielmo's Syndrome after Polycythemia

Abstract
IN a review of all the cases of erythroleukemia reported up to 19631 there was none in which this disease was associated with polycythemia vera. Recently, however, 2 cases of acute erythroleukemia (Di Guglielmo's syndrome) developing in patients with polycythemia vera have been reported.2 , 3 We present here a third case of this unusual association.Case ReportJ.M.
