Abstract
SUMMARY: A 67 year old woman with an extensive oropharyngeal carcinoma developed acrokeratosis paraneoplastica. She suffered severe pain in the fingers and toes and experienced some symptomatic relief with psoralen ultraviolet A therapy.Keywords
