Abstract
A technique is described by which changes of tissue volume of a muscle region enclosed in a plethysmograph can be followed in terms of water displacements measured with an electronic gravimetric transducer. Experimental tests show that the method provides accurate recordings of vascular capacitance responses and of transcapillary fluid movements. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
