Abstract
Vidian neurectomy is the recommended surgical treatment for vasomotor rhinitis resistant to conservative therapy. 16 cases have been operated on over a period of 9 years. Only in one case did we not encounter complete success and in 2 cases we had relapses after 2 years on the unoperated side of the nose. Keywords
