Abstract
Some different surface subcarbonyls such as [Co4(CO)12]ads., [Co2(Co)6B2], and [Co(Co)3B]2, (B = O2−, OH− on the supports, were observed in the impreganation of Co2(CO)8 with preheated γ-Al2O3 and SiO2 supports at 298 K. Their relative concentrations distinctly depend on the Co loading as well as the support. Keywords
