Abstract
Like the industrial sector of our nation, education is also searching for new ways to be more efficient and productive. First this article analyzes some of the reasons why children fail and suggests that failure is not inevitable. Next the article describes the characteristics of outstanding schools and explains how the school staff can work cooperatively to achieve excellence.Keywords
