Abstract
Good management cases describe real‐world situations faced by managers. Explains the case methods course as an instrument in management education and training which provides participants with the opportunity to develop analytical, decision‐making and communications skills. Suggests that, as the group is acknowledged to be an effective vehicle for case discussion, the ability to listen and, especially, to disagree is a sine qua non. Keywords
