Abstract
The dissection of psocids propagated in the laboratory and fed egg capsules of T. actinioides revealed a variety of developmental stages including mature or nearly mature cysticercoids. The species of psocids involved were Liposcelis bostrychophilus and Rhyopsocus sp. This is believed to be the first report of the larval development of T. actinioides in any potential vector and also the first report of the involvement of insects of the order Corrodentia in the life history of parasitic helminths. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
