Abstract
Two cases are reported of cutaneous and systemic reactions due to hydantoin type drugs and phenobarbital. The manifestations in part were characteristic for a fixed drug eruption and in part for a subacute lupus-erythematosus-like syndrome. Cross-sensitization among a number of hydantoin type drugs and phenobarbital was demonstrated. Keywords
