Abstract
This review of the many reports on chloroquine and other anti-malarial agents concentrates on articles of specific dermatologic interest published within the last 10 yrs. Special attention has been given to chloroquine''s pharmacologlc action, especially urinary excretion and tissue deposition; the use of antimalarlals in various diseases, mainly psoriasis and cancer; and the side effects of anti-malarlals, most notably pigmentation, depigmentatlon, and ocular abnormalities.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
