Abstract
A case of spinal cord compression due to postoperative cervical pseudomeningocele is reported. A 63-year-old man had undergone osteoplastic laminectomy of the C-3 through C-6 laminae for quadriplegia after a traffic accident 1 year and 4 months earlier. Computer-assisted tomography with metrizamide injection showed a pseudomeningocele in the paraspinous area at the C-3 through C-6 level. Keywords
