Abstract
We have studied the long-term effects of chlorambucil treatment on the chromosomes of peripheal blood lymphocytes from patients with uveitis. Amounts of chromosome damage (breaks and rearrangements) were found to vary between individuals, but tended to increase with the cumulative dose. Some patients were found to have persistently high levels of chromosome damage many years after treatment had been completed. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
