Abstract
Morphologic abnormalities of spermatozoa and respiratory cilia at the EM occur in the immotile cilia syndrome and chronic respiratory diseases. Most often there is a total absence of the dynein arms. The absence of only the inner dynein arm in respiratory cilia from a boy with Kartagener''s syndrome is described, recording another variation in the abnormality of ciliary morphologic features believed to be recessively inherited. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
