Abstract
High-pressure, anion exchange chromatography of urine has resolved more than 100 UV-absorbing urinary constituents. Three methods have been used to identify these constituents: (1) chromatographic properties of standards, (2) spectrometric analysis of isolated urinary constituents, and (3) chemical testing of the isolated urinary constituents. Keywords
