Abstract
One of a pair of female twins developed pure hysteria, the other remaining normal. The case history of the 26-yr.-old pair is presented. Comparison of physical features revealed differences, both noticeable and measureable. The twins are interpreted to be identical, the significance of the case being discussed in this light. Keywords
