Abstract
The in vitro and/or in vivo influences of estrogen and progesterone upon endometrial prostaglandin F2α (PGF) were evaluated in the intact and in the ovariectomized mare. Since the levels of endogenous PGF in the equine endometrium are unknown, we also evaluated in vivo content and in vitro production capacities of PGF during the estrous cycle and early pregnancy. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
