Chemotherapy of Seminoma

Abstract
Germinal tumors of the adult testes have proved remarkably responsive to a wide range of chemotherapeutic agents (1, 4, 8). Although the control of patients with seminoma treated by orchiectomy and irradiation is good, treatment failures do occur after such therapy. MACKENZIE (5) reported Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) experience with the chemotherapy of seminoma and this is a further review of that subject.
