Abstract
Nutrient agar is prepared and adjusted to p n 7.4, cooled to plus or minus] 50[degree]C., and 1.0 gin. lactose, 0.1 gm. glucose, 0.05 gm. lead acetate and 5 cc. of 0.02% aqueous solution of phenol red added to each 100 cc. of medium, which is then tubed in 5 cc. amounts and sterilized by heating at 10 pounds for 15 min.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
