Abstract
Charmed-quark models of the new narrow resonances at 3.1 and 3.7 GeV suggest that a virtual state lies slightly above the charmed-hadron threshold. This state causes a large enhancement of just above the threshold, followed by a dip and several broad but smaller enhancements at higher energy. Estimates of this intriguing structure in are presented.
