Abstract
Torulosol and torulosal, occurring in Cupressus torulosa, have been correlated with manool and agathic acid and shown to be a hydroxy-and an oxo-manool, respectively. Agatholic acid, isolated from Manila copal, has been correlated with the substances mentioned and prepared therefrom. The mass-spectra of these and some related compounds are discussed. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
