Abstract
Cholangiography was performed in 55 patients by direct injection of iodopyracet into the gall bladder under peritoneoscopic visualization. The gall bladder and the bile ducts were visualized in nearly every subject. In contrast, oral cholecystography usually fails in the differential diagnosis of intra- and extra-hepatic obstruction when visualization is most desired. Keywords
