Abstract
The specific heat (Cp) between 0.8 K and 40 K for the metallic glasses Fe80B20, Fe40Ni40B20 and Fe82B15Si3 has been measured to ascertain the effects of metalloid composition. We find significant differences in both the lattice and the electronic contribution when compared to similar metallic glasses containing phosphorous, such as FexNi80−xP14B6.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
