Abstract
We present an optical implementation of a twisted Landau-Zener model for which local aspects of the geometric phase strongly influence the transition amplitude. The transition amplitude is influenced by an interference effect caused by the interplay between geometric and dynamic phases. © 1996 The American Physical Society. Keywords
