Abstract

Genomic clones of SLG⁹ and SRK⁹, isolated from self-incompatible Brassica campestris, were separately introduced into tobacco plants. The presence of an SLG⁹-like transcript in SRK⁹ transformants indicated the possibility of alternative polyadenylation sites in the SRK⁹ gene.Brassica campestris L.
