Abstract
An approximate theoretical expression is presented for calculation of fission-fragment angular distributions at moderate excitation energies. Theoretical anistropies obtained with this approximate expression are compared with exact theory for different bombarding particles and energies, and the agreement for all cases is very good when the target and projectile spins are zero. Keywords
