Abstract
Primary adenocarcinoma of the appendix is the rarest form of malignant tumor of the appendiceal stump is described. As with other malignancies, surgical treatment is most effective during the early stages of disease. In our series most of the patients who had metastatic disease had fairly rapid downhill courses. The choice of right hemicolectomy with node dissection in all cases is supported.Keywords
