Abstract
Blast-cell transformation of lymphocytes in response to phytohaemagglutinin was examined in patients with urologic tumours and with nonmalignant urologic processes. A significant depression of immune reactivity was found in the malignant cases. The practical aspects of the findings are discussed. Keywords
