Abstract
The dry ashing method for boron analysis in plant tissue was compared to an acid-extraction procedure. The acid-extraction method consists of shaking 0.2 g dried ground plant material in 0.4 N HCl for 10 min., and determining B in the filtered extract. The extraction method gave B levels equivalent to ashing values for 7 of 8 species examined. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
