Abstract
The case of a patient with cavitary aspergillosis super-imposed upon bilateral apical histoplasmosis is presented. The difficulty in differential diagnosis between the cavitary forms of these 2 mycotic infections is discussed. Therapeutic measures for each infection are compared.Keywords
